Job Brief

The Regional Account Manager is responsible for contributing to the sales growth of the assigned territory through new customer acquisition, customer retention, and portfolio growth opportunities within the current customer base.


Responsibilities/Duties
  • Promote and sell Radformation's software products utilizing cold calls, product demonstrations, site visits, and attendance of regional/national meetings
  • Maintain robust product knowledge to ensure prospect/customer understanding of the software’s capabilities and functionality
  • Establish strong relationships with medical physicists, dosimetrists, radiation oncologists and administrators within the territory
  • Oversee opportunities progression through the CRM pipeline
  • Serve as the primary relay point between prospects and product support
  • Obtain feedback of software from customers to aid in future product development

Education and Experience
  • 5+ years of sales experience

Abilities
  • Enthusiastic about learning new technologies and sharing them with the radiation oncology community
  • Understanding the radiation oncology department workflow and how the members of the team work together
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Highly motivated to introduce a new brand to the field

Required Experience
  • Radiation Oncology sales

Preferred Experience
  • Proficiency in CRM software, ideally with Salesforce
